Recent Graduates - Let's Get Started

If you hold an Owen degree and graduated within the last three years, here is how to start coaching through Accelerate Impact.

The Offering

Accelerate Impact is built for early-career alumni: a focused engagement with a vetted Owen Coaching Network coach, sized and priced for where you are right now.

  • Duration — [X] months

  • Personalized development plan — explicit goals and a system of accountability
  • Reduced pricing for recent graduates — alumni within three years of graduation qualify for a reduced rate of $[X,XXX], below the standard alumni package pricing

The Hogan Assessment can be added to the engagement; the debrief with your coach is where most of the value lands.

How It Works

  1. Coaching is an investment of time and attention. Take five minutes with the Coach Readiness page; the questions there apply at every career stage.

  2. Browse the bios on the Coach List page. Pick two or three who interest you, then email those coaches separately to ask whether they are open to coaching a recent Owen graduate and to set up an introductory call. Include your name, contact information, degree, and graduation year.

  3. Once you have selected a coach, you will pay through IRIS, a secure third-party platform. Credit cards (American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover) and checks are accepted.

One Last Note

No matter which coach you choose, the outcomes depend on your engagement. The more you put into it, the more you get out. There are no shortcuts, and the coaches will be the first to tell you so.
