Lisa presently serves as Senior Vice President and Senior Credit Officer
for TD Bank. She is responsible for the New England and Carolinas
Institutional Healthcare portfolios, including approving credit
exposures to hospitals, long-term care providers, and large physician
practices while maintaining portfolio metrics within policy and
guideline standards and serving as a corporate subject matter expert.
In her previous responsibilities at TD, Lisa was responsible for the
bank’s Not for Profit, Education and Healthcare portfolio managed in
Massachusetts. Prior to joining TD Bank, Lisa’s career spanned over 25
years of diverse commercial lending and credit experience, including
responsibility for the corporate-wide healthcare initiatives at three
institutions: First American National Bank (now RegionsBank); Michigan
National Bank (now Bank of America); and Citizens Bank (now FirstMerit).
Lisa is also a member of the RMA (Risk Management Association) national
faculty, currently teaching RMA’s Lending to Medical and Dental
Practices and Lending to the Long-Term Care Industry courses. She was
an original steering committee member and is a prior chairman of RMA's
annual Health Care Conference (now the Health Care Lending Forum). Lisa
co-authorized an award-winning series of articles on “Lending to Dental
Professionals” for the RMA Journal. Lisa graduated with a B.A.
in Economics and Business Administration from Vanderbilt University and
an M.B.A. in Finance from Vanderbilt's Owen Graduate School of
Management. Lisa is an alumna of Gamma Phi Beta Sorority. She and her
husband, Hugh, a tax attorney for Raytheon Corporation, presently live
in the Boston area.
