ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS
We welcome participants of all levels and prior experience. There are no educational requirements, but we strongly recommend registrants have earned their high school diploma or equivalent.
No formal language scores are required, but participants should be comfortable communicating in English.
HOW TO ENROLL

You have two options when enrolling for an upcoming session:
Receive support of a program representative throughout your enrollment process:
- Schedule a call with your program representative.
- Discuss the program and review any questions you may have.
- Receive support navigating the online enrollment process with your program representative.
- Confirm your preferred start date and form of payment.
- Accept your order of enrollment.
- Start or remit full payment, depending on your payment preferences.
Enroll directly for an upcoming session:
- Complete an enrollment form.
- Choose a payment method.
- Submit your payment and order for enrollment.
- You will receive a welcome email once you are enrolled, and additional outreach from your program representative as you approach the first day of class.
We encourage you to enroll early. Participants must complete the enrollment and payment process at least three days prior to their start date to allow adequate time for processing and preparation of log-in credentials.

Important Details:
- Participants paying in full with credit card can enroll through the first week of class.
- Participants utilizing a payment plan must have tuition paid in full (3) days prior to the start of class.
WITHDRAWAL POLICY
Participants interested in dropping the program must do so prior to 12am (Eastern Time) on the first day of class by contacting a program representative. Once enrolled, participants may also reschedule their program start date to a later date, at any time up to and including the last business day prior to the first day of class. Once the program has begun, participants are no longer permitted to drop the class.
Participants who complete the proper procedures to drop a class will be removed from the program as if they never registered and will be provided with a full refund. Whether or not a refund is immediately paid out or the funds are applied to a future session will depend on the circumstances of the participant. For example, in the case of corporate subsidies, it will be up to the discretion and policies of the company. Participants should consult with their program representative regarding their unique situation. The term “refund” includes voiding invoices for unpaid balances. Refunds may require up to 40 days to process.
Please note that non-attendance does not constitute a drop from a program. Once the program has begun, participants may petition for a withdrawal due to extenuating circumstances (i.e., military deployment, extreme medical emergencies, natural disasters). These requests are approved on a case-by-case basis. All withdrawal requests must be submitted via email to the program representative.
