Event Details

Rich Postler

Are you curious about what the workforce and talent might be in 2025?  Are you ready to lead a change but not sure how?  Are you looking for a one-on-one opportunity with a senior executive?

If the answer to any of the above questions is “yes” then come join our first Leader-in-Residence for this academic year. Meet and engage with Rich Postler, Vice President-HR – Global Business Services and Global Information Technology from Procter & Gamble.

  • Gain insight into how you might lead and manage change – big or small — by engaging in a discussion with Rich. He will share his learning and perspectives from his 30 year career at P&G.
  • If you are someone who wants to shape and influence the future, participating in a real-time working session on what the workforce in 2025 might look like. You can take the vision and ideas from this session and incorporate them into how you grow and develop your own career path.
  • Engage in a one-on-one conversation with Rich if you are seeking general tips and advice whether it be about a career in HR, leading within a large, global organization like P&G, leading diverse populations, or getting his perspective on the value proposition of an MBA.

To participate, complete this registration form. More specific details will then be communicated with you via email from the LDP Team, including specific session times.

All current Owen students are invited to join this joint-hosted event by Corporate Partners and LDP. The Leader-in-Residence is a 1-1.5 day programming personalized and tailored to provide interaction with leaders from a variety of industries, organizational cultures, diverse functional areas and a representative of one of Owen’s Corporate Partners.
