This dynamic cohort of 22 healthcare professionals is dedicated to advancing their leadership and driving meaningful change within the industry. With an average of 13 years of professional experience, these students bring deep expertise from across the healthcare ecosystem, representing hospitals, pharmacies, universities, and health systems.
Geographically, most of the MMHC Class of 2026 is based in or around Nashville, with others commuting from across Tennessee to participate in the program’s immersive, weekend-based format, which is designed to help working healthcare professionals immediately apply classroom learning to real-world challenges.
The arrival of this accomplished group highlights Vanderbilt’s continued commitment to developing leaders who understand both the complexity of healthcare and the power of management to improve it.
