Nashville neighborhoods

Nashville is a city on the rise, and its economy is growing at the fastest rate in the country, according to some reports. With a vibrant and distinctive culture, booming entertainment scene, diverse business landscape, and only a 2-hour flight away from 9 of the top 10 metro areas in the country, Nashville’s growing prominence is no fluke.

Vanderbilt’s 330+ acre campus, home to the Owen Graduate School of Management, is located in the heart of the city. Students at Vanderbilt Business have a plethora of living options at their fingertips. Nashville neighborhoods feature everything from high-rise apartments by entertainment districts to standalone houses by parks.

We’ve outlined the general boundaries of Nashville’s neighborhoods, capturing their distance from campus; the general atmosphere; notable landmarks; food, drink, and entertainment offering; and living options. Explore the Music City below.
