Owen awards millions of dollars each year in scholarships and financial aid, and contributions to any of our student programs help Owen continue to attract the best talent.

Alumni, parents, and friends give to Owen in a variety of ways, including one-time gifts, multiyear pledges, gifts of stocks and securities, and more. Many companies offer employer matching gift programs that could double or triple your gift. Additionally, planned giving opportunities are a way to support Owen’s mission while accommodating your personal, financial, estate-planning, and philanthropic goals.

The Owen Giving Society is a distinguished group of dedicated alumni and friends of Vanderbilt who support the school through annual gifts $2,500 or more ($1,000 or more for those graduating within the last 10 years).
This level of support enables Owen to meet emerging needs and challenges, create innovative programs, and fund new opportunities for growth.

Become a Class Agent
Class Agents help support Owen’s annual giving goals and are a key part of Owen’s strategy to increase alumni participation and engagement through peer-to-peer outreach to generate support for the Annual Fund and other key priority areas within the school.
Class Agents contribute to the continued success of Owen in the following ways:
- Lead by example by making an annual gift to Owen
- Communicate the importance of annual gifts and encourage classmates to make an annual gift to Owen
- Steward classmates for their support of Owen

Become a Class Secretary
Class Secretaries are a key part of Owen’s strategy to increase alumni participation and engagement through peer-to-peer outreach, as well as to ensure biographical information is up to date within Vanderbilt systems.
Class Secretaries contribute to the continued success to Owen in the following ways:
- Make a gift of any size to the Owen Annual Fund and/or other area of Owen
- Encourage classmates to submit Class Notes
- Obtain pertinent biographical information changes for classmates and sharing these with the Alumni Relations team
- Participate in and share opportunities for engagement with Owen
- Stay connected with staff liaisons, learn new information, and share feedback regularly
