Biography
Doug Midkiff manages the finance and investment activities for MarketStreet Enterprises, a privately held real estate investment and development company based in Nashville, Tennessee. He is responsible for analysis, negotiation, and execution on all debt and equity for new and existing developments at MarketStreet. Prior to his role at MarketStreet, Doug has held similar finance related roles at OakPoint Real Estate and Panattoni Development. Doug is an active member of the Nashville chapter of the Urban Land Institute.
