Brian Smith

Biography

Brian is a managing director in KPMG’s Economic and Valuation Services practice with more than fifteen years of valuation experience. He has performed a wide range of valuation projects including the appraisal of common and preferred stock, financial derivatives and intangible assets. Brian also supports KPMG’s audit practice in a SAS 73 role, having reviewed over a hundred valuations performed on behalf of KPMG audit clients. Brian graduated with a BA in government from the University of Notre Dame. He received his MBA with a concentration in finance from Georgia State’s Robinson College of Business.
