Brook has been involved in various departments at Vanderbilt since 2005 - most recently at the Center for Student Professional Development. He worked primarily with Vanderbilt undergraduates pursuing finance and banking positions and with the employers interested in these students. Since work transitions are often a complex time, Brook is honored to partner with and to leverage the strengths of individuals during these periods of change and growth. He holds his MEd from Peabody's Human Development Counseling program. Before that he taught at an international private school in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. Brook enjoys having the chance to be involved in the classroom. He earned his BA, majoring in History and minoring in Psychology and Theology, from Wheaton College in Wheaton, IL. Brook and his wife Cara have one child. When he isn't spending time with his family, enjoying good food, or working with friends on a startup business, Brook is game for opportunities to learn something new and welcomes quality book or movie recommendations.
