Biography

Caroline joined the Center for Entrepreneurship in October 2025 as the Special Projects Manager. In this role, she oversees several key initiatives, including the Convoy Conference, the Startup Career Fair, the Summer Venture Immersion Fellowship, and Founders Confidential.

She holds both a B.S. and an M.Ed. in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University. Before joining Owen, Caroline worked with the HOD Capstone Team and the Office of Student Organizations, Leadership, and Service at Vanderbilt.

Outside of work, she enjoys baking, trying new restaurants, and taking long walks with her border collie, Panda.
