Penny Baga

Biography

Penny is the Assistant Director of Employer Relations and Recruiting. Prior to this role, she spent ten years in employer relations at the Vanderbilt University Career Center, where she focused on building and strengthening employer partnerships across a wide range of industries for both undergraduate and graduate students.
In her current role, Penny builds relationships with employers to create meaningful career opportunities for Owen students.
Outside of work, she enjoys baking, gardening, and enjoying a great cup of coffee. Penny and her husband, Chris, have three children.
