Robert 'Skip' Culbertson joined Vanderbilt's Owen Graduate School of Management after nearly a decade at UVA's Darden School of Business, where he worked as Associate Director of Marketing and Admissions for the Executive MBA program and Senior Director of Custom Programs and Thought Advancement in Executive Education. Prior to that role, he served as Managing Director of Blue Sky Consulting Group and as Chief Human Resources Officer at Chevron Chemical Company and Chevron Products Company, where he worked to help implement strategic leadership development processes on a global scale. Culbertson is also the co-author of Iron Has Memory, a nonfiction book that explores organizational change through evidence-based assessment. Skip has recently relocated to Nashville with his wife Char, an avid greeting card designer and craftsperson. They are excited to explore the many cultural delights of the region, especially the food, music, and art, and also to meet new friends.
