International Students

The Office of International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS) provides support during the visa and entry process for incoming international students. All Vanderbilt Business students have an assigned ISSS advisor. Please familiarize yourself with the ISSS website, including the timeline for next steps. ISSS offers virtual sessions for incoming students to aid in the transition to Vanderbilt, and details are sent via email.

We have also partnered with Zhang Feuerbacher Visa & Immigration to support our international students through the visa process. They will be offering visa guides as well as webinars to help share insight on how approach the visa application process and interview with clarity and confidence.

Orientation

Orientation signifies the true beginning of your time as an Owen student, where faculty, staff, and students gather as a community to welcome you to the Owen Graduate School of Management. It is an informative (and fun!) experience comprised of opportunities to connect with your future classmates, learn more about resources available at Owen, and prepare for success during your time at Vanderbilt.

All incoming Owen students must participate in Orientation and the experience is comprised of several sections. A detailed Orientation schedule will be sent closer to the beginning of school.
