Ken Barnes aspired to be a hospital administrator. In the Healthcare MBA program at Vanderbilt, he was able to study hospital operations up close, from observing a hip replacement surgery to shadowing nurses in the NICU. And he found a program that he calls “incredibly welcoming for veterans” like himself.
