Daniel Yang is an Assistant Professor of Accounting at the Vanderbilt Owen Graduate School of Management. His research focuses on debt contracting and labor market. Daniel’s work has been published in leading accounting journals, including Journal of Accounting and Economics, The Accounting Review, and Contemporary Accounting Research. Prior to joining Vanderbilt, Daniel served as an Assistant Professor of Accounting at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Prior to academia, he worked in industry as a credit analyst at Société Générale.
