Mark focuses on providing outsourced and co-sourced internal audit service,
business risk identification and management and strategic change development.
Mark is experienced in the areas of financial and operational controls, has led
multiple Sarbanes-Oxley - Section 404 compliance implementations, and has
designed multiple compliance risk management functions. In addition, Mark has
served as partner-in-charge of external audit services on multiple public
company engagements.
Mark is a CPA and Certified Information Systems Auditor.
