Suleiman holds a Doctor of Design degree with a real estate and sustainable architecture focus from Harvard University, where he developed innovative strategies for real estate efficiency and adaptability. His research integrates artificial intelligence, temporal analytics, and data-driven methodologies to optimize building performance and enhance asset value, aligning with the demands of modern investors and occupants.

Dr. Alhadidi has a strong professional background in real estate and architecture, with experience spanning Australia, the USA, Europe, and the Middle East. He has worked on high-profile developments, including stadiums, mixed-use towers, and commercial spaces, collaborating with renowned firms like Coop Himmelblau, HASSELL, and BVN.
