Carolyn Clemmings

Biography

Carolyn is a partner in the Atlanta assurance practice of EY and has decades of public accounting experience serving the industries of consumer products, retail, distribution and manufacturing. She completed a rotation in the EY Professional Practice SEC Regulatory Matters Team in Washington DC, where her responsibilities included monitoring legislative and related SEC regulations affecting financial reporting and assisting EY audit teams and issuers with SEC matters such as filing requirements and SEC comment letters. Carolyn is currently a member of the EY Southeast Region Quality Network, including overseeing PCAOB, peer review and internal inspections.
