Biography

Geoff Walker is the president and chief executive officer of KidKraft and serves as a member of the company’s board of directors. A veteran toy industry leader with more than 20 years of experience, Walker drives KidKraft’s innovation and brand extensions into new categories as the company further expands internationally and continues to build on a 50-year legacy in the toy and juvenile product industry.

Walker is a former Mattel executive whose career included global leadership with management positions across the U.S. and Europe, overseeing the growth of multiple global brands like Hot Wheels and Fisher-Price. In his most recent role as executive vice president and head of innovation for Mattel he was responsible for driving product innovation, creating new go-to-market models and brand marketing thru a diverse portfolio of brands. Previously he was the chief strategic technology officer, executive vice president and general manager for the North American Commercial Division, executive vice president of the Fisher-Price global brands team, and general manager and senior vice president of Europe, Eastern Europe and Russia, among other roles.

Walker is an MBA graduate of Vanderbilt University and serves on the Owen Graduate School of Management Board of Visitors. He has his Bachelor of Science from University of Southern California. Walker is a member of the Toy Association Board of Directors; he serves on the Executive Committee and is the acting secretary-treasurer.
