Biography
Henry L. Guy is the President and CEO of Modern Holdings. He has
overseen and managed investments in over 30 portfolio companies. Prior
to joining Modern Holdings, Henry was the Chief Financial Officer at
Ephibian, Inc., a leading software development firm that focuses on
developing comprehensive database-driven software applications. Before
Ephibian, Henry served as an officer in the United States Navy. Henry
serves on a variety of boards including those of Metro International
S.A. (OMX MTRO SDB B), Anima Regni GP LLC, Basset Labs AB, Audit Value
International S.A., and Lors Photography, Inc. Henry serves on the Board
of Visitors for Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of
Management. Henry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from
the United States Naval Academy and a Master of Business Administration
from Vanderbilt University.
