Kelly King

Biography

Kelly has over 18 years of experience with PwC serving both public and private clients in the financial services industry with a focus on insurance and reinsurance clients. After three years of serving primarily public registrants in the Southeast region, Kelly completed a three-year international tour in Hamilton, Bermuda. There she worked in PwC Bermuda's commercial insurance/reinsurance practice serving as an US GAAP and SEC subject matter expert including leading key clients through Year 1 implementation of Sarbanes Oxley. Kelly's specific experience includes reinsurance accounting, Sarbanes-Oxley implementation and controls rationalization, debt shelf offerings, and comfort letters.
