Biography

As an Army veteran and longtime Healthcare Trader, Lesley has always believed in mastering the basics to become an expert in her field. She has earned the respect of her juniors, colleagues, peers and senior leaders in all areas she is involved in. Her mission-first approach on efficient problem-solving and prioritization, has allowed her to be highly impactful in both her business revenue generating capacity, as well as her philanthropic passions in helping Veterans. Over the last several years, she has significantly raised the visibility of our firm's support in at least ten Veteran-focused charities and also significantly increased Veteran employment, while maintaining stable revenues through market volatility. Purposefulness and impact are the two ideals that motivate her most in all she does. She enjoys working with people in a collaborative environment, who are focused on the mission at hand and understand the meaning and applying a teamwork mentality.
