Biography

Mike, a CPA, has spent more than three decades assisting clients and counsel with the accounting, financial and business aspects of complex business conflicts. He has worked on false claims act matters (qui tam), fraud investigations, financial reporting investigations and other forensic matters, and has broad experience in merger and acquisition disputes, including acting as an arbitrator and damages expert.
