Biography
Nick is the Managing Partner of the Nashville office
of PwC LLP with nearly three decades of experience serving a broad spectrum of clients,
including SEC-registered healthcare providers and payers as well as
privately-held and non-profit healthcare entities. Nick leads the firm’s Healthcare practice
across the Southeastern United States. In
addition to assisting clients in meeting their recurring audit and financial
reporting responsibilities, Nick has had significant involvement in mergers,
acquisitions, and divestitures, strategic transformation, due diligence,
restructuring activities, and securities offerings/registrations under the
Securities Acts in the United States.
