Sam DeVane

Biography

Sam has over three decades of public accounting experience serving clients throughout the Southeast, including serving as an audit partner for more than 20 years. The majority of Sam's career has involved service to clients in the Retail and Consumer Products (RCP) sector, including numerous manufacturers, distributors and retailers. Sam has significant experience coordinating services for SEC registrants and services related to major transactions. In addition, for the last 10 years, Sam has served as the Office Managing Partner for the Nashville office, along with other regional management responsibilities.
