This is an invitation-only event designed for senior HR leaders. Vanderbilt's Chief Data Scientist Jesse Spencer Smith has collaborated with Professor Corbette Doyle to bring you a truly hands on experience. The day will feature a panel discussion featuring HR analytics professionals, followed by group breakout sessions where you will interact with Data Scientists and work with real data. The program will conclude with a discussion on best practices and ethical issues surrounding HR data.
