A two-day program to help you control costs and improve your firm’s bottom line

As a unique collaboration between Vanderbilt’s nationally ranked law and business schools, this program will teach you lean business management methods that are established, proven, and custom-designed for the legal industry.

  • Learn how to anticipate and handle disruptive challenges during a client engagement
  • Learn best practices for budgeting and pricing
  • Earn Continuing Legal Education credit, as approved by the state bar associations in which you're licensed
