NASHVILLE, Tenn. – One of the most hotly debated issues in Washington, other than health care, is the need for reform of the financial system. With members of Congress now considering ways to reform the financial system, Sen. Bob Corker, a member of the Senate Banking Committee who has played a role in helping craft the Senate’s version of regulatory reform legislation, is coming to the Vanderbilt Owen Graduate School of Management to hold a discussion on regulatory reform with academic experts, banking leaders and finance graduate students. The dialogue will be held on Wednesday, March 31, from 9 a.m.-10:15 a.m. at Averbuch Auditorium in the Vanderbilt Owen Graduate School of Management.
