Caroline Bennett

Biography

Born and raised just south of Nashville in Brentwood, TN, Caroline attended both undergraduate and graduate school at Samford University in Birmingham, AL, working primarily for Samford Athletics in the hospitality realm and the Academic Enhancement Center for student-athletes. Taking on a variety of roles throughout her time at Samford, Caroline tutored, mentored, and worked as a primary academic counselor for some of the most academically and socially at-risk student-athletes attending Samford at the time. She joined Owen in October 2022 as the Program Coordinator for the Financial Markets Research Center, serving the Center itself and finance faculty in any and all ways, including but not limited to getting the FMRC Conference back on track after a two-year hiatus due to the pandemic and recruiting influential individuals in the finance field to visit Owen as guest speakers. While not at Owen, Caroline enjoys spending time with her family, cheering on the Titans at home football games, and trying new restaurants in the greater Nashville area.
