After completing my undergraduate studies, I worked at Deloitte as a Human Capital Consultant. In this role, I led cross-functional teams on some of the most ambitious and intricate HRIS projects ever undertaken within the SAP ecosystem, focusing on optimizing the employee experience, redesigning organizations and processes, implementing advanced technologies, and executing successful training and change management initiatives for clients.
