Biography

Prior to Owen, I spent eight years working in college admissions counseling and educational leadership, where I discovered my passion for education and human development and a commitment to helping individuals unlock their full potential. During this time, I helped design and implement mentorship programs, streamlined service frameworks, and coached hundreds of students through their academic journeys. Currently, I am pursuing concentrations in Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) and Operations & Analytics, with the goal of pivoting to a career in Human Resources after completing my MBA.
