Biography

Prior to Owen, I spent eight years working in college admissions counseling, where I discovered my passion for education, people development, and my commitment to helping individuals unlock their full potential. During this time, I helped design and implement candidacy-building programs, streamlined service frameworks, and coached hundreds of students through their academic journeys. I’m also enthusiastic about fostering a culture where all employees feel respected, a sense of belonging, and are motivated to perform at their best.

I am pursuing a concentration in Human and Organizational Performance (HOP), with the goal of pivoting to a career in Human Resources after completing my MBA.
