Biography

Biography

A veteran in recruiting top-notch team members in professional services and in student activities at two academic institutions, Lindsay Donald brings a unique perspective to student services and career management for the Vanderbilt MAcc programs, which she joined in 2011. During her ten years as a campus recruiter at KPMG, she managed key relationships and the entire recruiting process across several universities—including Vanderbilt—and she evaluated student qualifications to identify firm hires. Lindsay now brings that valuable insight to the Vanderbilt MAcc recruiting process, where she helps students navigate the partner firm recruiting process and the CFA and CPA review courses. Lindsay's prior experience involved advising student-led organizations on leadership, group dynamics and relationships with peers and advisors. In addition to her work with Vanderbilt MAcc prospects and students, she enjoys Nashville's live music scene, outdoor activities and spending time with her husband and young children.
