Megan provides student career coaching and leads employer development for our one-year masters programs in finance and marketing. After graduating from the University of Tennessee in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Communications, Megan moved back to her hometown of Nashville where she joined the marketing team at Cumberland Heights and later the Vanderbilt Institute for Global Health as a marketing coordinator. In 2012, she joined Owen’s Career Management Center where she served as the primary contact for our employer partners and now supports students in the Master of Marketing and MS Finance programs as they navigate the recruiting process. Since joining the staff at Owen, Megan has been an outstanding contributor in the Career Management Center. She has worked with numerous marketing and finance students through the recruiting process, helping them make decisions on long-term career goals. She planned, executed and attended Vanderbilt MBA Wall Street Week Experiential Learning from 2012 – 2015, developing relationships with alumni at every level in the financial services function. She has also led recruiting efforts for Vanderbilt’s Master of Marketing degree since the inception of the program in the fall of 2016, helping students achieve exceptional employment outcomes each year. Megan is a devoted Tennessee Volunteer fan, but loves attending Vanderbilt sporting events with her family and enjoying all that Nashville has to offer.
