Melissa Clarke

Biography

Melissa is an experienced marketer and higher education manager, with more than a decade of experience building brand recognition, engaging audiences and delivering strategic campaigns.

Melissa’s passion for people, connection, and the transformative power of communication has taken her around the world, while planting her in a sector she loves.

She joins Vanderbilt from the University of Sydney, where she managed reputation and recruitment marketing campaigns for the Business School, and most recently, oversaw the whole of university recruitment marketing strategies for the domestic undergraduate and postgraduate market in Australia.

As Program Manager of the Executive MBA, she plays a lead role in the recruiting and admissions of students, along with program operations and delivery of student services.

She has a husband and two young sons and enjoys exercising, the outdoors, and a good Aussie flat white.
