Salman Farabi

Biography

Salman joined the Owen Finance and Administration team in September 2021. Salman has been with Vanderbilt University since 2019, when he started out at Procurement and Payment Services as an Accountant.

He graduated from Murray State University with an MBA specializing in Finance. Before joining the University Salman worked for Omni Hotels and Resorts here in Nashville.

Originally from Bangladesh, Salman has been in the US since 2013 and has made Nashville his home, together with his wife and two small kids. He loves to ski, ride horses and spend time outdoors.
