Vanderbilt Owen Graduate School of Management is proud to announce an upcoming panel event, “Executive Women in Leadership: New Leadership Strategies for 2024,” scheduled for Wednesday, February 7. Registration for the event is now open.
“Our goal is to create an inclusive space where leaders can come together to acknowledge the power of women in leadership roles and the unique challenges women face as workplace leaders, all while igniting inspiration for others,” says Juli Bennett, Executive Director, Vanderbilt Executive MBA Programs, and event partner.

The panelists include Candice Storey Lee, Vice Chancellor, Vanderbilt Athletics and University Affairs and Athletic Director, Jennifer Hutcheson (MBA’07), EVP, CFO, Ryman Hospitality Properties, and Allie Feiner (MBA’16), VP, Head of Professional and Organizational Development, Global Technology and Operations, AllianceBernstein. Kimberly Pace, Professor for the Practice of Communication, Vanderbilt Business, Co-Founder and CEO, Executive Aura, will moderate the event.
Bringing together professionals from various industries spanning the worlds of finance, elite athletics, technology and operations, talent development, and more, the event’s featured guests will address challenges and opportunities faced by women in leadership and insights from personal experiences while inspiring attendees to invest in themselves as the business world transforms.
“This event is an opportunity for mid-to senior-level managers and executives, entrepreneurs, and professionals, regardless of gender, to engage in a conversation championing the success of women in leadership,” says Rebecca Yancey, Managing Director, Vanderbilt Executive Education, and event partner. “We can only move forward with each other’s help.”
The event will kick off at 5:00 PM with a canapé reception for networking, followed by the panel discussion and a Q&A session at Management Hall. The event will conclude at 6:30 PM.
