Biography

Erika has twenty years of industry and consulting experience in human resources,  change, merger integration, talent management, and compensation. Erika joined Deloitte after attending Owen, and most recently led Performance Management, focusing on providing best practices, standards and tools, performance programs and effectiveness measures to all Deloitte U.S. firms, including Audit, Tax, Financial Advisory and Consulting. Over the prior five years, Erika was the Lead Talent Director for Deloitte Consulting LLP, a $4 billion management consultancy with over 15,000 practitioners in the U.S., Mexico and India. Prior to joining Deloitte's internal Talent organization, Erika was a management consultant for Deloitte Consulting's Human Capital practice. Erika earned a BBA in International Business from James Madison University and a MBA in Human Resources and Organization Management from Owen. Erika is Board Member for Quality Care for Children, a non-profit focused on early care and education for Georgia's children. Erika, her husband Rogers (MBA '99), and her two sons reside in Atlanta, Georgia.
