Megan Teepe

Biography

Megan Teepe is the Vice President and General Manager of the International business at Rover.com. Megan is passionate about ensuring a quality user experience that effectively serves the needs of Rover’s non-US customers as a means to unlock growth. She owns evaluation of new regional entry opportunities and strategic International partnerships. Prior to taking the International role, Megan led the scaling of Rover’s US customer operations and analytics teams through hypergrowth and played leadership roles in a number of US-based acquisitions.

Megan is passionate about creating a culture of servant leadership in her organizations. She loves building relationships across the globe and developing deeper understanding of what it takes to succeed in different countries and cultures.

Megan holds an M.B.A. from Vanderbilt University and a B.A. in Plan II/Geography from the University of Texas. Prior to Owen, Megan worked in non-profit environmental education program management and project management for environmental and transportation planning projects. Megan currently lives in Seattle with her husband and two daughters.
