Vanderbilt Executive Program

Ethical AI Strategy and Enterprise Governance

Optional 1-Day Workshop—Healthcare Applications of Responsible AI

Equip your organization to innovate with purpose, embedding AI into decision-making, culture, and sustainable growth.

Artificial intelligence is transforming every sector of the global economy, creating both extraordinary opportunities and significant risks. To lead effectively, today’s executives need more than technical literacy— they need strategic frameworks and practical tools to responsibly navigate one of the most consequential leadership challenges of our time.

This immersive, research-driven program equips leaders with tools to integrate AI into strategy and operations while ensuring sound governance. Through interactive sessions, case studies, peer collaboration, and the Boundaries of Tolerance Framework you will learn how to balance innovation with risk management, anticipate regulatory responsibilities, and embed AI considerations into organizational culture.

An optional third day is offered for participants working in or with the healthcare sector. This track examines the distinct strategic, operational, and regulatory considerations of applying AI in healthcare, including its role in diagnostics, treatment, and health system operations, and the challenges that come with it.
