Q. Is there a fee for cancelling, transferring, or sending a replacement?

REGISTRATION CHANGE POLICY

We are committed to providing high quality programming for participants. In order to ensure program viability and due to program demand and pre-program preparation, the following policy applies to all programs unless otherwise indicated.

REGISTRATION CHANGE OPTIONS

Substitute – assign your seat to another person

  • Allowed at any time prior to the start of the session – no additional cost

Transfer – move your seat to a future program (only allowed to transfer one time)

  • 2 weeks prior to the start of the session – no additional cost
  • Less than 2 weeks prior to the start of the session you will be charged a $250 transfer fee.

Cancellation – receive a full or partial refund

  • 2 weeks prior to start of the session – full refund
  • Less than 2 weeks prior to the start of the session you will be charged 25% of the full program amount.  

Non-Attendance

  • Non-attendance on the first day of the session (without prior written cancellation notice) – no transfers or refunds
