In the world of law enforcement, “change is constant,” says Sheriff Christopher Nocco. It’s one of the reasons why he enrolled in the Leadership Coaching course (taught by Professor Mark Cannon) through Vanderbilt Executive Education – to find effective ways to manage change. What he gained from the coursework allowed him to implement data-driven practices that helped his department better serve the Pasco County community.
