For all enrolling students at Vanderbilt University, the Vanderbilt University Records Office (URO) requires final official transcripts (transcripts containing degrees conferred, conferral dates, and final gpas) from each university you have attended. This requirement must be met prior to matriculation.
You must provide at least one final official transcript that proves successful completion of a four-year U.S. bachelor’s degree, or its equivalent. If you have not yet graduated and your conferred degree will be issued prior to enrolling in August, please wait to request your final official transcript so that the conferral information will be on the final official transcript sent to us.
When requesting a final official transcript from your institution(s) you should request that the transcript(s) be sent in a secure manner (sealed envelope or direct electronic delivery) to the Vanderbilt Center for Data Management- Owen.
The mailing address to send final official transcripts in sealed envelopes is:
Center for Data Management – OWEN
PMB 407833, 2301 Vanderbilt Place
