Join us on campus Saturday, February 8 to get a glimpse into the Vanderbilt MBA experience at our signature Life at Owen event. At this event, you'll have the opportunity to participate in a mock class, meet current students, hear from the Career Management Center, and learn more about life in Nashville.

We will also be hosting a special Women's Preview Morning in partnership with the Owen Women's Business Association the same day that we encourage all women candidates to attend.

Women's Preview Morning

Saturday, February 8, 2024 | 9:00am - 12:00pm CST

Hosted in partnership with the Owen Women's Business Association, the Women's Preview Morning provides women candidates with an inside look at how to thrive in business school and beyond. You'll have the opportunity to connect with inspiring women in our community, learn about post-MBA careers, and discover the resources designed to support your success every step of the way.

Life at Owen

Saturday, February 8, 2024 | 1:00pm - 5:00pm CST

Life at Owen gives prospective students a glimpse into the Vanderbilt MBA student experience. You'll have the opportunity to participate in a mock class, meet current students, hear from the Career Management Center, and learn more about life in Nashville. After the event, attendees will have the option to take a tour of the building and/or explore Nashville on a trolley tour, then the day will end with a closing reception.

Event Programming Overview

The Women's Preview Morning will have sessions facilitated by staff, current students, and alumni, including:

  • Networking breakfast with the Owen Women's Business Association
  • Student and alumni panels
  • Sessions led by faculty and staff tailored to women in business

Life at Owen will give attendees an inside look at the Vanderbilt experience and have sessions facilitated by staff, faculty, and current students, including:

  • A mock MBA class
  • Career Management Center services overview
  • Current student Q&A
  • Optional tours of the Owen building and Nashville
  • A closing reception
