lead. connect. develop.

Owen is known for its inclusive and diverse social gatherings, events, and service projects. At Vanderbilt, in addition to getting a world-class education, you will develop relationships with your peers, faculty, staff, and alumni that often last a lifetime.

Clubs & Organizations

A cornerstone of the Vanderbilt experience is connecting with others through involvement and leadership in clubs and organizations. We invite you to reach out to any club you are interested in with questions about getting involved.

Nashville

A hub for several booming industries, home to a global community, and “America’s friendliest city” (according to Travel + Leisure magazine), Nashville combines history and hospitality with diverse culture and vibrant growth.

Centers

The research and learning centers and initiatives at Vanderbilt provide faculty and students the opportunity to advance research, design and develop new products, and collaborate across disciplines.

Vanderbilt University

Enjoy the benefits of being a part of a larger university. Vanderbilt has so much to offer from arts and entertainment, to SEC sports, to campus-wide resources.

Closing Bell

One of the most popular Owen traditions is Closing Bell, an all-school social gathering held every Thursday evening of the school year, hosted by various campus organizations, such as the Armed Forces Club, Owen Venture and Entrepreneurship Club, Diversity & Inclusion Advisory Board, and Owen Out & Allied. These often-themed events give the entire Owen community a chance to congregate, share a meal, dress up (or down), and have fun together.
