Arteaga will be the primary CMC coach for the Vanderbilt Master of Marketing program and will be part of the Specialized Masters team. He has already met incoming students and is leading Accelerator sessions throughout June.

“We are grateful for all that Zeke Arteaga brings to our team,” says Brook Meissner, Director of Specialized Masters Coaching. “I am grateful to see our community support the growth and development of talent like him.”

Arteaga has been part of the Owen community since 2017. He comes to the CMC after working with MBA Recruiting and Admissions, the Accelerator program, and Master of Accountancy students. Before coming to Owen, Arteaga’s career focused on corporate and university recruiting, primarily in the tech and healthcare industries. He worked with Google, Facebook, Microsoft, and Humana.

“I am thrilled to take on this new role at the CMC,” says Arteaga. “It’s a privilege and an honor to be trusted to support Vanderbilt Business students on their career journeys.”

Arteaga recently completed his Master of Education from Peabody’s Leadership and Organizational Performance program. He graduated from DePaul University with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science.

Arteaga notes that he is excited to build personal relationships with students and further connect with the Vanderbilt community. “One of the things I am most excited about is that personal relationships are crucial to my job,” he says. “Working with students is rewarding; it’s an exchange and a relationship of mutual growth. I have a lot to share with students, and I’m excited to learn from them too.”

Arteaga enjoys crafting cocktails, tasting wine, and experiencing Nashville’s thriving food, music, and art scenes in his spare time. He has a passion for travel and is always planning his next getaway.
