Billing/Payment
Payment is required before the program begins and is accepted in U.S. dollars via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover). Once registration is completed online, the payment portal is emailed to the registrant.
If you would like to inquire about the possibility of submitting payment through a method other than a credit card, please email us at ExecEd@Vanderbilt.edu.
The program fee typically encompasses all session materials, parking (in designated areas only), and daily breakfast, lunch, and refreshments during breaks. Transportation and lodging expenses are not included.
Our programs are non-credit, and as a result, are not eligible for financial aid.
The GI Bill applies exclusively to for-credit courses. Since our programs are non-credit, the GI Bill cannot be used for payment.
Group discounts are offered for organizations enrolling multiple participants, with pricing dependent on the number of participants. Contact ExecEd@Vanderbilt.edu for pricing tailored to your group size.
Currently, we do not provide the option for payment plans. If you have a question about a specific example or scenario you would like to discuss with us, contact ExecEd@Vanderbilt.edu.
Program Information
Unless otherwise stated on the program page or pre-session information you receive, business casual attire is recommended.
Certain programs may require pre-work to prepare for the program and ensure time spent during the program is maximized. All registrants who have paid their program fee will receive access to the program learning portal approximately three weeks prior to the start of the session. The learning portal houses all pre-work and logistical information.
Most programs commence at 8:30 a.m. and conclude around 4:30 p.m. daily. These times may be adjusted at the facilitator’s discretion.
While no events are scheduled in the evenings as part of the official agenda, some programs require participants to complete activities independently in the evening to prepare for the next day.
While our programs do not confer credit toward undergraduate or graduate degrees, participants are eligible to receive Continuing Education Units (CEUs). We can provide a CEU letter to participants upon program completion for those who request it.
Note that our programs do count toward the Certificate of Leadership Excellence.
We advise participants to bring a laptop, as facilitators often share documents within the learning portal during the program. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available without a password.
Participants have four years, or 48 months, to fulfill all requirements toward the Certificate of Leadership Excellence.
