Registration Requirements

We welcome registrants of all levels and prior experience. An associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

International participants are encouraged to apply. No formal language scores are required, but participants should be comfortable communicating in English.

How to Register

Here’s what to expect in the registration process:

• You’ll complete a registration form.
• You’ll choose a payment method and submit your payment online.
  It can take 1-2 business days to process your payment information. You will receive a registration confirmation email once your payment has been processed.
• You’ll be registered!
• You will receive a welcome email 2-3 days before your first course begins, and additional emails about course logistics will follow.

We encourage you to register early. Participants must complete the registration and payment process at least one week prior to their start date in order to allow adequate time for processing and preparation of log-in credentials.

  If you or your employer will be submitting payment via ACH or check, please notify us as soon as possible by emailing healthcare@onlinecertificatesac.vanderbilt.edu or calling 844-773-3726.

Deferral and Withdrawal Policy

Deferrals/Transfers

If you need to postpone for any reason, we do offer the option of a one-time deferral. This allows you to transfer to a future program start date. This can only be granted once.

Deferral Fees

If you make your request at least 2 weeks before the session start date, there is no fee.
If your request is made less than 2 weeks before, you will be charged a $250 transfer fee.

To Request a Deferral

If you are enrolled in an upcoming session and need to defer for any reason, please submit your request in writing via email to paula.varney@vanderbilt.edu.

Withdrawals

If you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you must submit your request in writing via email to paula.varney@vanderbilt.edu.
