SCHOLARSHIPS & AWARDS

Vanderbilt offers a variety of scholarships to women in our full-time MBA program ranging from $10,000 to full tuition. Scholarships are awarded based on the degree to which an individual demonstrates support of the academic, personal, or professional advancement of women. Named scholarships for women include the Carol Barr & Margaret Renz Scholarship, the Forté Fellowship, and the Stevens Family Scholarship. Events for Women

Vanderbilt Business Women's Symposium
This event for prospective MBA students is especially targeted for individuals interested in learning about the challenges and opportunities facing women in business. Hear firsthand from students and alumni on what life is like as a woman in the Vanderbilt MBA program and in post-MBA careers. A panel of corporate guest speakers lets discuss what their firms are doing to advance women and why companies value diversity. Participants then rotate in small group discussions with each panelist to ask questions and learn more about the companies they represent.

Forté events including Forté Women's Leadership Conference
Forté holds events throughout the year for college students and MBA candidates. In June, many Vanderbilt MBA Forté Fellows participate in their Forté MBA Women's Leadership & Career Conference. For a list of Forté events click here. For more about the benefits of joining the Forté, click here.
